Rebirth

A few months ago, Stephanie Zwicky contacted me because she wanted to talk to me about her project new banner for her blog . More than an updated banner, it was for the blogger like the symbol of rebirth. It was true she did achieve quite a bit in just few years: the blog , be on stage, capsule collections with La Redoute brand Call me Ponie with blogger “My Pow Pow” Pauline Fashionblog (which also, has come a long way .. .), 100% Mag on M6 (French national TV show), and so on.
Stephanie’s blog is the very center of all her activities. Those that follow for a long time the blog Big Beauty know she shares, subtly, much more than just outfits…

So when the blogger tells me about her banner, I feel that this is more than just a small update of “template”. Then I learn that during the brief Olivia from Gloss’up will be in charge of make-up, I can say that I was pretty excited to work again with Olivia. About a brief with Stephanie, you must know that this is quite special. When she looks at you with her big brown eyes and she feeds you with approximately fifty information per second, you must be careful and pay attention. I work for some time now with the blogger and I learned to speak fluent the Zwicky. So I could fully appreciate the ideas and proposals related to the banner, and the real underlying purpose: the renaissance. Only 2-3 lines about it on her blog, yet again, more than just a change of layout …

I’ll let you see the photos that were the basis for the creation of three banners. Olivia’s work is as always impressive: apart from alterations like “light” or “color”, I did not make any edits called “beauty” …! The transformation into a chimera for its part was performed by by Glam , very talented French illustrator (but not only).
